سياسة الخصوصية
توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «إلهام» (المساعد الشخصي بالذكاء الاصطناعي) بياناتك ويستخدمها ويخزنها ويشاركها، وخاصةً البيانات التي يحصل عليها من حسابك في Google بموافقتك.
1. من نحن
«إلهام» مساعد تنفيذي تجريبي يعمل عبر Telegram. الجهة المشغّلة له: [اسم الجهة أو الشخص المشغّل، وعنوانها/بلدها].
2. البيانات التي نصل إليها
بيانات حسابك في Google — فقط بعد موافقتك عبر شاشة موافقة Google، وبحسب الصلاحيات التي تمنحها:
- Gmail: الاطلاع على رسائل بريدك والمساعدة في التعامل معها (مثل تلخيصها أو صياغة ردود). [أكّد الصلاحيات (scopes) الفعلية: قراءة فقط أم قراءة وإرسال/تعديل]
- Google Calendar: الاطلاع على أحداثك ومواعيدك وتنظيمها. [أكّد: قراءة فقط أم إنشاء/تعديل أحداث]
- Google Drive: البحث في ملفاتك والتعامل معها. [أكّد: ملفات أنشأها التطبيق فقط أم كل الملفات، قراءة أم تعديل]
بيانات Telegram: رسائلك إلى المساعد، ومعرّف حسابك على Telegram واسم المستخدم المعروض، اللازمة لتشغيل المحادثة.
الذاكرة: معلومات ورد ذكرها في محادثاتك يحتفظ بها المساعد لخدمتك لاحقاً. [وصف دقيق لما يُخزَّن في الذاكرة وأين]
لا نصل إلى بيانات Google الخاصة بك دون موافقتك، ولا نطلب صلاحيات لا يحتاجها عمل المساعد.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم بياناتك حصراً لتقديم الميزات التي تطلبها أنت داخل التطبيق: تنظيم المواعيد، المساعدة بالبريد، البحث في الملفات، والمحادثة والتذكّر. لا نستخدم بيانات Google لأي غرض آخر.
4. المعالجة عبر n8n والذكاء الاصطناعي
يعمل المساعد عبر سير عمل مبني على منصة n8n مستضافة على خادم [أكّد: خادم تديره الجهة المشغّلة — الموقع/المزوّد]. عندما تطلب مهمة، قد يُرسَل الجزء اللازم فقط من المحتوى (مثل نص رسالة أو عنوان حدث) إلى خدمة نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي لتوليد الرد. مزوّد/مزوّدو النموذج المستخدمون: [اسم المزوّد، مثل OpenAI/Anthropic/Google، وتأكّد من شروطه بخصوص عدم تدريب النماذج على البيانات].
لا نستخدم بيانات Google لتطوير نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة أو تحسينها أو تدريبها، ولا نسمح لمزوّدي الخدمة بذلك بحسب علمنا وشروطهم المعتمدة.
5. الاستخدام المحدود لبيانات Google (Limited Use)
استخدام «إلهام» ونقله إلى أي تطبيق آخر للمعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google البرمجية يلتزم بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. وعلى وجه التحديد:
- نستخدم بيانات Google فقط لتقديم أو تحسين الميزات الظاهرة للمستخدم والمرتبطة بطلبه.
- لا ننقل بيانات Google إلى أطراف أخرى إلا لتقديم هذه الميزات، أو للالتزام بالقانون، أو في حال دمج/استحواذ مع إشعارك، أو بموافقتك.
- لا نستخدم بيانات Google أو ننقلها لأغراض إعلانية، بما فيها الإعلانات الموجهة أو المعتمدة على الاهتمامات.
- لا نبيع بيانات Google ولا نسمح لأي إنسان بقراءتها إلا بموافقتك الصريحة، أو لأغراض أمنية (كالتحقيق في إساءة)، أو للامتثال للقانون، أو بصورة مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية لأغراض داخلية.
6. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يشغّلون التطبيق: Telegram (للمحادثة)، Google (لواجهاتها)، مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي المذكور أعلاه، [مزوّد الاستضافة/قاعدة البيانات إن وُجد]. وقد نفصح عن بيانات عند وجود التزام قانوني. [أكّد أنه لا توجد أطراف أخرى]
7. التخزين والحماية
تُعالَج البيانات على خادمنا المذكور أعلاه. نخزّن بيانات الاعتماد التي تمنح الوصول إلى حسابك في Google (رموز OAuth) [أكّد: أين تُخزَّن (قاعدة بيانات n8n؟) وهل هي مشفّرة وبأي طريقة]. تُرسَل البيانات بين المستخدم والخدمات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) حيثما كان ذلك مدعوماً. [أكّد أي إجراءات أمنية إضافية فعلية: تشفير التخزين، التحكم بالوصول، النسخ الاحتياطي. لا تذكر إلا ما هو مطبّق فعلاً]
8. الاحتفاظ والحذف
- مدة الاحتفاظ: [حدّد: مثلاً نحتفظ بسجلات المحادثة والذاكرة حتى طلب الحذف أو لمدة X يوماً].
- سحب الموافقة: يمكنك في أي وقت إلغاء وصول التطبيق إلى حسابك من myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- طلب الحذف: راسلنا على البريد في القسم 12 لحذف بياناتك (الذاكرة وسجلات المحادثة والرموز المخزنة). سنرد خلال [مدة، مثل 30 يوماً].
9. اطلاع البشر على بياناتك
لا يطّلع أحد من فريقنا على محتوى بياناتك من Google إلا في الحالات المذكورة في القسم 5 فقط.
10. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون [18] عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعدّل تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه. نبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر Telegram أو هذا الموقع.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Ilham AI Assistant app ("Ilham") collects, uses, stores and shares your data, in particular the data it obtains from your Google Account with your permission.
1. Who we are
Ilham is an experimental executive assistant that works through Telegram. It is operated by [operator name and address/country].
2. Data we access
Your Google Account data — only after you consent on Google's consent screen, and only for the permissions you grant:
- Gmail: viewing your email and helping you work with it (for example summarizing messages or drafting replies). [Confirm actual scopes: read-only or read/send/modify]
- Google Calendar: viewing and organizing your events and appointments. [Confirm: read-only or create/edit events]
- Google Drive: searching and working with your files. [Confirm: app-created files only or all files; read or write]
Telegram data: your messages to the assistant, plus your Telegram account ID and display username, needed to run the conversation.
Memory: information mentioned in your conversations that the assistant keeps to serve you later. [Describe exactly what is stored and where]
We do not access your Google data without your consent and do not request permissions the assistant does not need.
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the features you request in the app: scheduling, email assistance, file search, conversation and memory. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.
4. Processing via n8n and AI services
The assistant runs on workflows built with n8n, hosted on [confirm: server operated by the operator — location/provider]. When you ask for a task, only the content needed for it (such as a message's text or an event title) may be sent to an AI model service to generate a response. AI provider(s) used: [provider name, e.g. OpenAI/Anthropic/Google — and verify its terms on not training on your data].
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI models, and to our knowledge and under their applicable terms our service providers are not permitted to.
5. Google user data: Limited Use
Ilham's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the app and tied to your request.
- We transfer Google user data to others only to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, as part of a merger or acquisition (with notice to you), or with your consent.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is necessary to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share the minimum necessary with service providers that operate the app: Telegram (conversation), Google (its APIs), the AI provider named above, [hosting/database provider, if any]. We may also disclose data when legally required. [Confirm there are no other recipients]
7. Storage and security
Data is processed on the server described above. We store the credentials that grant access to your Google Account (OAuth tokens) [confirm: where (n8n database?) and whether/how they are encrypted]. Data travels between you and the services over encrypted connections (HTTPS) where supported. [Confirm any further security measures actually in place: encryption at rest, access control, backups. State only what is really implemented]
8. Retention and deletion
- Retention period: [specify, e.g. conversation logs and memory kept until you ask for deletion or for X days].
- Withdrawing consent: you can revoke the app's access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Deletion requests: email us at the address in section 12 to delete your data (memory, conversation logs and stored tokens). We will respond within [period, e.g. 30 days].
9. Human access to your data
No member of our team reads the content of your Google data except in the cases listed in section 5.
10. Children
The app is not directed to anyone under [18], and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date above. We will notify you of material changes via Telegram or this website.
