شروط الاستخدام
1. القبول
باستخدامك «إلهام» عبر Telegram أو بمنحه صلاحية الوصول إلى حسابك في Google، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
2. وصف الخدمة
«إلهام» مساعد شخصي تجريبي بالذكاء الاصطناعي يساعد في تنظيم المواعيد والتقويم، والتعامل مع البريد الإلكتروني، والبحث في الملفات، والمحادثة، والتذكّر. الخدمة في مرحلة تجريبية وقد تتغير ميزاتها أو تتوقف أو تحتوي أخطاء.
3. حسابك وصلاحيات Google
- تمنح الوصول إلى حسابك في Google بإرادتك عبر شاشة موافقة Google، ويمكنك إلغاءه في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك.
- أنت مسؤول عن أمان حسابيك في Google وTelegram، وعن الاستخدام الذي يتم عبرهما.
- يجب أن تكون مخوّلاً بالوصول إلى البيانات التي تتيحها للمساعد (فلا تربط حساباً لا تملكه).
4. مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومراجعة الإجراءات
قد تكون مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو غير مناسبة. أنت المسؤول عن مراجعتها قبل الاعتماد عليها، وبخاصة قبل أي إجراء مهم مثل إرسال بريد، أو إنشاء أو تعديل أو حذف موعد أو ملف، أو اتخاذ قرار مالي أو قانوني أو صحي أو مهني. لا تعتمد على إلهام وحده في الأمور الحرجة.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لأي نشاط غير قانوني أو مسيء، أو لإرسال بريد مزعج، أو لانتهاك حقوق الآخرين أو خصوصيتهم، أو لمحاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو اختراقها أو إساءة استخدامها.
6. الخصوصية
تُحكم معالجة بياناتك بـ سياسة الخصوصية، ومنها التزامنا بمتطلبات الاستخدام المحدود لبيانات Google.
7. التوفّر والتغييرات
نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون التزام بتوفر مستمر. يجوز لنا تعديل الخدمة أو إيقافها أو تقييد الوصول إليها، وإيقاف حسابك عند مخالفة الشروط. [أكّد مدة/آلية الإشعار، إن رغبت]
8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«كما تتوفر» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون. وبالقدر ذاته لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات أو أرباح ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو الاعتماد على مخرجاتها. لا يؤثر هذا على أي حقوق لا يجوز إلغاؤها نظاماً. 9. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وإلغاء صلاحيات Google وطلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using Ilham through Telegram or by granting it access to your Google Account, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Ilham is an experimental personal AI assistant that helps with scheduling and calendar management, email assistance, file search, conversation and memory. The service is in beta; features may change, stop working, or contain errors.
3. Your account and Google permissions
- You grant access to your Google Account voluntarily through Google's consent screen and can revoke it any time in your account permissions.
- You are responsible for the security of your Google and Telegram accounts and for activity through them.
- You must be authorized to access the data you expose to the assistant (do not connect an account you do not own).
4. AI output and reviewing actions
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, especially before any important action such as sending an email, creating, changing or deleting an event or file, or making a financial, legal, medical or professional decision. Do not rely on Ilham alone for critical matters.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful or abusive activity, spam, infringing others' rights or privacy, or to disrupt, attack or misuse the service.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, including our commitment to Google's Limited Use requirements.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided without any commitment to continuous availability. We may modify, suspend or restrict the service, and suspend access if these Terms are breached. [Confirm notice period/process, if desired]
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
